Our confidential hotline is free and not monitored by the DOC. Due to our high call volume, it may not always be possible to reach a live person on the hotline. The OCO Hotline will not be available on state holidays and for staff development as needed.
Public Records Request
We recommend you request a public record through our online Public Records Request Center, where you can submit a request, communicate with public records officers about your request, and as soon as your records are ready, you can download them directly.
