David Skattebo

David started working with the OCO in fall 2022 and has spent a decade working in social services. Before joining the OCO, David worked multiple jobs supporting vulnerable populations, including crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and working in homeless shelters. He is also a graduate of The Evergreen State College. At the OCO, David works many different cases, including custody and access to healthcare, and specializes in cases regarding religious rights.
