Finn Shinnick

Finn is the Assistant Corrections Ombuds – Vulnerable Populations at the Office of the Corrections Ombuds. Finn joined the OCO in 2021, bringing 11 years of prior nursing experience to their investigative work. In addition to their main role, Finn serves as the OCO Impact Team Coordinator, centering the voices of those most directly affected by the office’s work and championing the needs of systemically neglected populations first.
