Jacob Marley

Jacob currently serves as an Early Resolutions Ombuds (ERO), primarily focusing on casework, intake & technical assistance via hotline, and a variety of other projects. Prior to their time at OCO, Jacob worked in the Washington State Legislature, spent time with the Olympia Police Department, and held various leadership positions at his university. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Dickinson State University. Jacob chose this work because he believes in supporting a transparent and accountable government. He appreciates the opportunity to create and support practices that make our communities safer and stronger by providing incarcerated individuals with a humane living space and successful reentry back into society.
