Incarcerated individuals can reach our confidential hotline by calling (360) 664-4749. Our confidential hotline is free and not monitored by the DOC. Due to our high call volume, it may not always be possible to reach a live person on the hotline. The OCO hotline hours of operation are:
MON 1:00-3:00 pm TUES 1:00-3:00 pm; 5:30-8:00 pm
WED 5:30-8:00 pm THURS 1:00-3:00 pm
The OCO Hotline will not be available on state holidays and for staff development as needed
